Swapna Suresh's certificate-Swapna Suresh
Thiruvananthapuram: In the case pertaining to the alleged fake certificate of Swapna Suresh, prime accused in gold smuggling case, a team of police will visit Maharashtra to probe the matter. The police team will visit Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University from where the certificate was issued this month itself. The move comes at a time when Swapna’s fresh revelations to media are hogging limelight.
The cops earlier found that Swapna entered her job at Space Park using fake certificate. The cops had been planning to visit Maharashtra for long but it apparently got prolonged due to Covid-19 situation.
According to police, Swapna herself forged the documents and how she did will be revealed in the probe.
