Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
Green chilli - 2

Mix dosa/idli batter, rice flour, all purpose flour, chopped onion and green chilli, curry leaves, baking soda and salt. Stir this mixture well and set aside for 15 minutes.
