
Mango-biscuit pudding is a mouth-watering delicacy bursting with luscious mango flavour. Try this different dessert with a packet of biscuits and mangoes.
Ingredients
- Mango (medium size) - 3
- Whipping cream- 1 cup
- Condensed milk- 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar - 3-4 tbsp
- Marie light biscuit - 1 pack
- Lemon juice - 1/2 squeezed
- Water - 1 cup
Preparation
First, make a puree with two mangoes and cut the other mango into small cubes. Add cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and whip it well. Add the mango puree and condensed milk into the whipped cream and mix well. In a cup of warm water, add sugar and lemon juice and dissolve them.
Arrange the biscuit layer first in a tray by dipping it in lemon juice and add some mango pieces/cubes. Layer the mango cream on top of it and arrange the biscuit and mango pieces again. Finally, top it with mango cream and decorate it with mangoes and crushed biscuits.
