Prepared with milk, sugar and paneer, this Bengali sweet dish will melt in your mouth.
Preparation: Unlike in other paneer dishes, Sandesh needs moist paneer which can be easily prepared at home by mixing boiled milk with curd or lemon juice. Heat moist paneer, powdered sugar and rose water or cardamom powder in non-stick pan on low flame. Continue to cook till it reaches a thick consistency.
When it cools down add flour and knead lightly. Roll them to balls and flatten a bit. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
