Ingredients



  • Corn - 1 cup
  • Butter- 3-4 tsp
  • Cheese- 1 tsp
  • Chillies- 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped- 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala- ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Preparation

Take a cup of corn and fry it in a pan. When it is slightly hot, add a quarter cup of water and boil it for 5 minutes on low flame. Now divide the corn into three portions.

Take a bowl and add one portion of corn into it. Now add 1 teaspoon of butter into the bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix it well.

2. Cheese chilly corn

Take another portion of corn and add 1 teaspoon of butter into the bowl. Now add a teaspoon of coriander leaves, cheese, chillies and salt. Mix it well.

3. Masala corn

Take another portion of corn and add butter to it. Now add a quarter teaspoon of salt, chilli powder and chaat masala. Now squeeze a lemon into it. Mix it well.
