Blackberry cream pudding
This mind-blowing, lip-smacking dessert is the perfect one after a grand meal.
- Blackberries- 2 cups
- Mariegold biscuit- 1 packet
- Chocolate cookies- 1 packet
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Whipping cream (sugarless)- half a cup
- Milkmaid- as needed
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Blackberry Yoghurt- 1 cup
Powder the mariegold biscuits and chocolate cookies and add to a bowl. Now add melted butter one or two tablespoons. Mix it well. Now take the tray in which you are setting the pudding. Set the first layer using the biscuit power. Press it well and keep it in the fridge for half an hour.
Now take another bowl, add half a cup of whipping cream and beat it. Add milkmaid into it. Now into a non-stick pan, add frozen blackberries. Add one cup of sugar and cook on low flame. After 10 minutes, keep the syrup aside for cooling.
Now mix the syrup and cream together. Mix it well. Now add blackberry-flavoured yoghurt. Mix it well. Now add this cream as the second layer into the bowl. Spread it equally. Keep the mix in the fridge for 2 hours.
Take a pan and double boil gelatin and add blackberry into it. After cooling, spread the blackberry syrup on top as the third layer. Keep the pudding in the fridge for another half an hour. Serve cool.
