Chicken pops for evening tea

Evenings turn extra beautiful if you have a good snack with a cup of strong tea. Chicken pops are one such easy to make bite for evening tea.


  • Boneless chicken - 1/2 kilogram
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 3/4 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - needed for frying

Boil the cleaned chicken, salt, pepper and garlic paste in the required amount of water. Mix the cornflour, chilli powder and garam masala (mixed herbs can also be used) well. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt added into it. Dip the fried chicken pieces in cornflour and then dip it in egg, again cover it with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve the hot chicken pops with mayonnaise or ketchup.
