Ingredients



The ingredients for fillings:

  • Beef (cooked with salt, turmeric, pepper powder) - ½ cup
  • Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 2
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Curry leaves - 4 or 5
  • Corriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Filling 2

  • Egg- 2 (for scrambling)
  • Boiled eggs- 6
  • Suger- 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Ghee - 1tbsp
Ingredients for Roti

  • Maida (all-purpose flour) - 1cup
  • Oil - 1tbsp
  • Salt
  • Water
Preparation

Let’s see how to make filling 1.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, chilly, curry leaves. When onion becomes transparent, add shredded cooked beef saute for 2 minutes add salt, pepper powder, and chopped coriander leaves.

It’s time for filling 2.

In a bowl, mix egg with sugar and crushed cardamom. Heat ghee in a pan and add the egg mixture. Scramble the egg mixture and cook for 3-4 min.

Now, we have to make the Roti. Make dough with maida and roll it into

  • 6 roti of diameter 12 cm
  • 6 rotis of diameter 6 cm.
To the 6 cm roti, fill the scrambled egg mix and make it into a momo shape. Fry it in oil.

To the 12 cm roti, first add 1 tbsp of beef mix then a half a piece of the boiled egg. Also add the fried scrambled egg momo. Repeat the same to make the next and serve hot.
