You would know cauliflower as a curry like gobis and deep fries. But have you tried cauliflower rice? Here is how to make it.
- Cauliflower: 1 (medium seized)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: As per taste
- Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Crushed garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Cheese: ½ cup
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice: 1 tablespoon
PreparationChop the cauliflower into medium sized pieces and throw them into the blender. Blitz into rice seized grains. Heat up olive oil in a pan and add saute the crushed garlic. Add the cauliflower, salt and black pepper. Saute until ready. Add cheese and parsley and mix well. Drizzle over lime juice and serve hot.
