Mushroom Chicken pasta
Pasta has fans among both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. So, try this variety recipe of pasta cooked with chicken and mushroom.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 100 grams
- Chicken (cooked with pepper and salt) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 3
- Carrots - 1
- Onion - 1
- Mushroom - 5
- Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Coriander - a pinch
- Sunflower oil - as needed
- Salt - to taste
Add salt and pasta to boiling water. Once it is boiled well, drain off the excess water from it and let it cool. Add chopped onion, green chillies and fry them in oil. Chop carrots and mushrooms in square shape and add them to the oil. Add tomato sauce, chicken and coriander leaves, stir fry well. Add pasta and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
