Try carrot mojito, a healthy and tasty refreshing drink

Carrot curries and halwa are already famous. Now let's make a refreshing carrot mojito with minimum ingredients. It is good to drink after a tiring day.

Ingredients:



Carrot - 2
Powdered sugar - 2 spoons
Lime - half
Mint leaves - 5

Preparation:

Grind chopped carrot in a mixer grinder to get the juice. Cut lime in round pieces and slightly crush mint leaves. Put lime and mint in a glass. Filter carrot juice and pour to the glass and add powdered sugar. Add ice cubes and serve. We can also pour some soda, if necessary.
