Take a sip of this sweet and sour health drink

Both gooseberry and honey are good for health. A rich source of antioxidants, gooseberry helps rejuvenate skin and slow down ageing. Honey also boost immunity and prevent inflammations. Then what about a health drink combining both the items?

Ingredients:



Gooseberry - 4
Honey - 4 teaspoon
Boiled and cooled water - accordingly

Preparation:

Remove seed of gooseberry and cut into pieces. Add sufficient quantity of water and grind it well in a mixer. Add honey to the juice and mix well. This drink has a shelf life of two days if refrigerated.
