Mojitos are refreshing and tempting. Here are two simple easy-to-make mojito recipes to make yourself cool and surprise your dear ones. Have it fresh and get refreshed.

Pineapple and Pomegranate mojito

1. Pomegranate Mojito


  • Pomegranate - 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar- 3 tbsp
  • Mint leaves- 5 leaves
  • Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  • Lemon slices- 3 pieces
  • Soda water- 1 glass
  • Ice cubes

Take a glass, add a cup of pomegranate and powdered sugar into it. Now add mint leaves. Crush it using a spoon or fork to extract the juice from the pomegranate. Add lemon juice and mix well. Now add a slice of lemon and ice cubes. Again add the two slices of lemon on top of the ice cubes. Pour cool soda over it. Garnish with pomegranate, mint leaves and a slice of lemon.

2. Pineapple Mojito


  • Pineapple- 1 ¼ cup
  • Sugar- 3 tbsp
  • Mint leaves- 3
  • Water -1 glass
  • Soda water- 1 glass
  • Lemon juice - tbsp

Heat a pan and saute ¼ cup of pineapple cubes and 1 tbsp of sugar. Once it is fried mildly, keep it aside for cooling. Now take a mixer jar and add a cup full of pineapples. Add 2 tbsp sugar and mint leaves into it. Pour the required amount of water into it and grind well. Now, filter the pineapple juice and add lemon juice into it. Mix well.

Now take a glass and add the fried pineapples into it. Add a few mint leaves and ice cubes into it. Add the pineapple juice to the glass and pour soda water. Garnish with lemon slices and pineapples.
