Cases filed against Raveena Tandon, Farah Khan for hurting religious sentiments


Raveena Tandon has come forward claiming that they did not have any such intent. She has also shared the part from the show that resulted in the complaint.

Cases have been filed against Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, director and choreographer Farah Khan and comedian Bharathi Singh for hurting religious sentiments.

The case was filed by Punjab police upon the complaint that they ridiculed Christianity and Christians in a television show. The complaint says that they made defamatory remarks on Jesus Christ and hurt the religious sentiments of Christians.

Anjala police has filed a case based on the complaint given by Sonu Jaffer, president of Anjala Christian Samal Front, based on IPC section 295A.

Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon has come forward claiming that they did not have any such intent. She has also shared the part from the show that resulted in the complaint.
